Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Dindigul. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain inventory. Responsibilities also include financial reporting, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Experience in retail management and customer service
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, financial reporting, and sales strategy development
• Inventory management and quality control experience
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of jewellery products and industry trends is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
