Over the years, OVJ has grown from a small 400 sq.ft shop to a magnificent 20,000 sq.ft showroom and has recently inaugurated a third branch at Oddanchatram, along with an exclusive silver jewellery showroom in Coimbatore. Superior quality and customer satisfaction are the core values driving OVJ’s success and growth. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Dindigul. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff, monitor inventory, and drive sales. Responsibilities include implementing store policies, supervising financial activities, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The role also involves leading marketing initiatives, resolving customer issues, and maintaining the visual appeal of the store. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Proficiency in inventory management and sales tracking Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies Financial management and budget oversight experience Knowledge of jewellery or retail industry is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving ability Show more Show less
