Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Jaipur, involves managing branch operations, driving business growth, and fostering customer relationships. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, including customer service, compliance with banking regulations, and achieving financial targets. Responsibilities will include team management, business development, and implementing strategies to promote banking products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in business development and customer relationship management
• Familiarity with banking operations, regulatory compliance, and risk management
• Proficiency in financial analysis and performance monitoring
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of banking products, services, and market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role within the banking industry
