Job Title: Branch Manager Location: Delhi Industry: Courier & Logistics Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and responsible Branch Manager to lead our Delhi branch operations. The ideal candidate will manage the branch team, oversee daily courier and logistics operations, and actively contribute to sales and business development to expand our customer base in the Delhi NCR region. Key Responsibilities: Manage the overall functioning of the Delhi branch, including operations, sales, customer service, and administration. Lead and motivate the team of delivery executives, customer support, and operational staff. Develop new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential corporate and retail clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly Sales and Revenue Targets. Handle key client accounts, maintain strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Plan and implement strategies to increase branch performance and market share. Monitor daily deliveries, pickups, and service quality. Maintain accurate reports, financial control, and compliance with company policies. Coordinate closely with Head Office for business planning, billing, and operational support.   Requirements: Graduate in any stream (MBA in Marketing/Operations preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in courier, logistics, or transport sales and branch operations. Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Proven track record in sales, business development, and client management. Good knowledge of Delhi NCR routes and logistics operations. Computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, emailing and courier management systems). No bad habits, disciplined, and result-driven.
