About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our school operations. The ideal candidate will manage academics, administration, admissions, and staff to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and high-quality educational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily school operations and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
Supervise teachers and administrative staff to maintain academic excellence.
Manage admissions, parent interactions, and student enrollment targets.
Handle budgeting, fee collection, and financial reporting.
Coordinate with the head office for HR, finance, and academic requirements.
Ensure safety, discipline, and smooth communication within the school.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Education / Management preferred).
5+ years of experience in school administration or academic leadership.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and manage a team effectively.
