Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated Primary Telugu Teacher who is passionate about language education and committed to nurturing young learners. The ideal candidate will create engaging lesson plans, maintain effective classroom management, and develop interactive learning aids to make Telugu language learning enjoyable and meaningful for students from Grades 1 to 5. Key Responsibilities Lesson Planning & Curriculum Development - Design structured lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum. - Use creative teaching techniques to enhance students’ reading, writing, and speaking skills in Telugu. - Incorporate storytelling, poetry, and real-life examples to make lessons engaging. Classroom Management & Student Engagement - Foster an inclusive and disciplined classroom environment. - Encourage active student participation through discussions, role-playing, and interactive activities. - Implement strategies to maintain attention and engagement throughout lessons. Creating Teaching Aids & Learning Games - Utilize flashcards, visual charts, and worksheets to reinforce concepts. - Develop language-based games and activities to make learning fun and effective. - Integrate technology-based resources, such as Telugu learning apps, to enhance instruction. Assessment & Student Progress Tracking - Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student comprehension and language proficiency. - Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their Telugu language skills. - Adapt teaching methods based on assessment outcomes for effective learning. Collaboration & Professional Development - Work collaboratively with fellow educators to enhance teaching strategies. - Participate in training programs to stay updated with modern pedagogical approaches. - Engage parents in their child’s learning progress through regular communication. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s Degree in Telugu, Education, or a related field. -Experience in primary education with a strong understanding of Telugu grammar and literature. -Ability to create an interactive and engaging learning environment. - Strong communication and classroom management skills.
