Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Manager to lead our Mutual Funds team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in managing mutual funds. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to boost mutual fund sales and customer acquisition. Lead and motivate a team of relationship managers and support staff to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Job Requirements Proven experience in managing mutual funds teams or similar roles. Strong knowledge of financial products, including mutual funds, and investment principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience working in the BFSI industry is preferred.
