Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Mutual Funds team in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 14 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to boost mutual fund sales and expand the customer base.
Lead and motivate a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing teams and driving business growth in the BFSI industry.
Strong knowledge of mutual funds products and services, including investment planning and portfolio management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers and colleagues.
