Job Description

JOB PURPOSETo manage sales & collection of a Meeting Centre by driving his team members and to achievedesired productivity

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

New village identification and village allocation to FLOsAllocating FLO wise disbursement target Responsible for driving sales and collection to achieve 100% targetMonitoring and ensuring the FLOs achieve the prescribed productivity
Reviewing and enhancing sourcing and Throughput %
Timely completion of Customer AppraisalsEnsuring achievement of repeat business target
Ensure 100% on due date collectionCustomer visits during collection cycle
Ensure to meet non starters on the same day
Process adherence & RCU compliance
Coordinating with Legal and Territory Manager for action follow-up

Graduation in any discipline from recognized university

EXPERIENCE

Overall Experience: 3+ years with Micro Finance experience/ 4+ years with other Rural productsexperienceRelevant Experience: 2+ years in Micro Finance/ 3+ years in other Rural productsDesired profile:-Experience in collections-Team handling experience must if the candidate is from Non Microfinance
