We are looking for a Business Manager to oversee the operations and activities of all branches within our education institution. This role involves managing branch operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of educational programs, and leading teams to achieve institutional goals. The BM will ensure operational excellence, program quality, and student satisfaction across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily activities at all branches, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with institutional goals.
• Manage and lead branch staff, including faculty, administrative, and support teams. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Ensure the effective delivery of courses and educational programs across all branches. Monitor quality and compliance with academic standards.
• Work closely with branch teams to enhance the student experience, address concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Track branch performance against strategic objectives. Implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage resources, budgets, and ensure effective allocation across branches. Optimise operational costs without compromising on quality.
• Provide regular reports on branch activities, performance, and financial health. Ensure all branches comply with industry regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote courses, attract students, and maintain strong relationships with local industries and stakeholders.

Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's, or related field.

4+ years in educational management, with experience in overseeing multiple branches or locations.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational performance.
• Knowledge of education industry trends, curriculum development, and student management.
