Job Description: As a Branch Manager for the Bathinda branch of a leading overseas education consultancy, you will play a crucial role in guiding students towards their international academic dreams. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, leading and mentoring the counselling team, providing expert guidance to students and parents, staying updated with international universities and application processes, organizing promotional events, collaborating with marketing teams, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage daily operations of the Bathinda branch. - Lead and mentor the counselling team to meet enrolment targets. - Provide expert guidance to students and parents regarding overseas education options. - Stay updated with international universities, courses, application processes, and visa regulations. - Ensure a high standard of customer service and student satisfaction. - Organize seminars, webinars, and promotional events to enhance branch visibility. - Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to optimize student conversions. - Track and report performance metrics regularly to senior management. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Key Requirements: - 8 to 10 years of experience in the overseas education sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Strong knowledge of international education systems (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Proven ability to manage teams and achieve targets. - Self-motivated with a professional and goal-oriented approach. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,
