Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager located in Kozhikode. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, managing a team of consultants, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. The role also includes building and maintaining partnerships with educational institutions, conducting market research, and driving recruitment initiatives. The Senior Manager will need to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the consultancy's processes and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic planning, team management, and leadership
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Experience in the education consultancy sector or a related field
• Knowledge of international education systems and student recruitment processes
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in relevant software and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
