BRANCH MANAGER

An immigration branch manager leads daily operations, manages staff, and ensures smooth client service for a branch of an immigration consultancy firm. Responsibilities include overseeing visa and immigration application processing, maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, driving business growth through sales and marketing efforts, and meeting operational and sales targets. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, a deep understanding of immigration policies, and a focus on team motivation and client retention. Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Compliance:
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise and guide branch staff, ensuring they follow company policies and maintain operational standards.
• Ensure the smooth and timely submission of immigration applications and maintain accurate client records.
• Maintain compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
• Client Relations:
• Conduct client consultations to assess eligibility and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
• Keep clients informed about policy changes and regulatory updates.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, train, and motivate the branch team to achieve higher productivity.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to immigration sales counselors and other staff.
• Business Development:
• Drive sales and achieve business growth targets for the branch.
• Support promotional activities, micro-marketing, and trade shows to attract new clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand the business and attract new clients.
• Performance Management:
• Monitor case progress and implement action plans to enhance operational controls and optimize customer service.
• Assist with employee performance appraisals and development activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
