Monitor and improve branch performance, including revenue, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity. Maintain strict discretion regarding company information, client data, and internal operations. Implement strategies to grow the branch’s business and presence in the local market. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Requirements: Proven experience in branch management or similar leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work on Saturdays and Sundays without exception. High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
