Branch Manager / Floor Manager

As a Branch Manager at Kohinoor in Mumbai, your role will involve overseeing overall branch management and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for all categories. You will be responsible for maintaining a high-quality team at the store, fostering motivation and team spirit among them. It will be crucial for you to uphold the Kohinoor culture within the store, creating an environment in line with the company's management philosophy. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure that all team members greet, treat, and attend to customers with respect, reflecting the Kohinoor culture. - Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of all products, offers, reward points, finance options, and cash backs for various product categories. - Implement proper placement of Brand Promoters and maintain efficient manpower levels. - Maintain a high level of hygiene for all product categories and minimize obsolete or aging stocks. - Organize proper planograms with correct cell addresses for all product categories. - Ensure all fixtures, lights, ACs, signage, doors, shutters, and brand fixtures are in perfect working condition. - Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the store, including toilets and flooring. - Proficiently handle billing in FOCUS and oversee the smooth implementation of POS systems. - Display and maintain Marketing POS materials like Danglers effectively. - Ensure fixed assets are well-maintained and in working order. - Conduct daily meetings and track sales progress hourly. - Encourage and develop multi-product salesmen (All Rounders) within the store. - Lead by example and ensure strict adherence to all branch-related SOPs by all employees. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role Location: Mumbai (all over),
