As a Branch Manager / Floor Manager in Mumbai, your role involves overall branch management, with a focus on achieving sales targets across all categories. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure all team members follow the Kohinoor culture, greeting and treating customers with respect - Thorough knowledge of products, offers, reward points, finance options, and cash backs - Proper placement of Brand Promoters with efficient manpower - Maintain hygiene standards for all product categories - Manage obsolete and aging stocks effectively - Implement proper planograms for product categories - Maintain fixtures, lights, ACs, signage, doors, and shutters in working condition - Display and maintain marketing POS materials - Ensure fixed assets are well-maintained - Conduct daily meetings and hourly tracking of sales progress - Develop multi-product salesmen in the store - Lead by example and ensure all branch-related SOPs are followed by employees Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role Please note: This job position is for a Full Time, Permanent role in the Retail industry, specifically in the Retail Store functional area.
