As a Builders Business Branch Manager at APF, your role involves identifying and onboarding builders & developers for Approved Project Finance tie-ups to generate home loan business. You will work closely with the Credit & Legal teams to ensure project approvals are obtained swiftly for faster loan disbursements. Collaborating with internal teams is essential to ensure quick turnaround time in APF approvals and providing project-related information to support the sales teams. It is crucial to stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and project developments to leverage business opportunities. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with builders, developers, and channel partners are key to maximizing home loan penetration.
