Partner Relationship Management: Maintain strong working relationships with Co-Lending partners to ensure smooth operational coordination. Engage regularly with partners to align on policies, performance, and process improvements. 2. Case Vetting & Submission: Review and ensure all loan proposals comply with Co-Lending policies before submission. Maintain high approval rates by vetting quality cases prior to partner submission. 3. Process Management & Turnaround: Follow up with Co-Lenders for timely turnaround and faster case clearances. Perform reject analysis and resolve case-related queries in collaboration with Co-Lenders. 4. Branch Engagement & Enablement: Work closely with branch teams on a case-by-case basis to increase Co-Lending penetration. Conduct regular product and policy training sessions for branches to enhance field awareness. Support collections teams and branches in recovering bounced EMI cases. 5. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Prepare and present weekly performance reports including achievement highlights and business trends. Share weekly performance dashboards with branches, regional, and zonal teams to drive goal alignment. Submit detailed yield MIS reports and disbursal summaries for management review. 6. Business Targets: Drive Co-Lending contribution to reach 30% of total business volume. Achieve a monthly disbursal target of ?20 crore in Co-Lending business.
