Manage sourcing of APF cases through builders, channel partners, and the sales team, ensuring achievement of sales targets. Handle ticket sizes typically ranging between 75 Lakhs to 3 Crores. Maintain strong builder relationships to expand the APF base in the market. Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets (disbursements & sourcing). Handle Number of APF builder tie-ups and quality of relationships.
