Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Kozhikode. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the branch, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Duties include implementing strategic plans, meeting sales targets, conducting market analysis, and coordinating with the headquarters for resource allocation and policy implementation. The Branch Manager will also be in charge of maintaining a high level of branch performance to meet the company standards.
