Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager - Core Banking located in Gujarat - Surat, Ahmedabad, Mehsana, Silavasa, Daman, Bardoli, Mumbai - Prabhadevi, Nariman Point, Tardeo and Dadar. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing staff, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, managing branch budgets, and meeting performance targets. The role involves interacting with clients, addressing their needs, and providing suitable banking solutions.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in Core Banking Operations and Financial Management
• Experience in Customer Service and Relationship Management
• Leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience as a Branch Manager or similar role in the banking industry

• Current designation should be of a Branch Manager
