Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager, your role is pivotal in achieving business objectives through revenue generation and mentorship of sales and operations teams. Your responsibilities include ensuring growth in fee and non-fee income products, maintaining high standards of service delivery, managing branch administration, and enhancing overall product sales. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving Business Objectives for the Branch in terms of Value, Productivity, & Volume Metrics - Generating Revenue through Sales of CASA, Assets, TPP of MF / LI / GT, etc. across Bank Channels - Mentoring Sales & Operations Teams - Ensuring YoY Deliverables & Growth of Fee & Non-Fee Income based Products - Enhancing Standards of Service Delivery & Customer Service - Managing Branch Administration & Regulatory Compliance - Improving Product Sales through Basket Growth - Maintaining Quality Parameters across Service Span and Other Deliverables - Managing Overall Productivity & Morale of Branch Personnel Qualifications Required: - Graduation is Mandatory, Preferred PG / MBA - Relevant Experience in Team Handling and thorough Understanding of Banking - Proven Branch Management Experience, preferably as a Bank Manager or Similar Role - Leadership Aptitude, Mentoring Ability, and Excellent Organizational Skills - Familiarity with Banking Industry Rules & Regulations - Result Driven, Customer Focused, and Ability to meet Allotted Targets - Knowledge of Modern Management Techniques & Best Practices in Business Administration is preferred If you are seeking a role where you can utilize your leadership skills, banking knowledge, and managerial experience to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.,
