Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Kolkata. The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service and achieving business targets. Responsibilities include managing and training staff, monitoring and analyzing branch performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing strategies to improve performance. The Branch Manager will also be involved in community engagement and promoting the organization's products and services.

Qualifications

Experience in managing branch operations and team supervision
Skills in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
Proficiency in customer service and client relationship management
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Experience in the microfinance or banking industry is a plus
Familiarity with digital financial services and tools
