Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Haveri. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting financial targets. Key responsibilities include supervising loan disbursement processes, maintaining portfolio quality, conducting credit assessments, and implementing branch strategies. The role also involves driving business growth by identifying opportunities, establishing partnerships, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
