Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in Yemmiganur. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations of the branch, manage a high-performing team, and ensure the delivery of financial services to customers in the region. Responsibilities include supervising branch activities, achieving business targets, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and coordinating with Bank Mitras. The role requires an emphasis on operational excellence and team leadership to fulfill the organization's financial inclusion mission.

Qualifications

Proficiency in team management, leadership, and staff supervision.
Understanding of banking operations, financial products, and banking correspondent activities.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Experience managing targets and providing strategic solutions to achieve business goals.
Familiarity with rural and semi-urban financial needs and operational challenges is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field.
Previous experience in branch management or a similar role in the banking or financial industry is advantageous.
