Position Overview

Anyhelp Packers and Movers is hiring an experienced and responsible Branch Manager to manage and expand our Kochi branch operations. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a customer-focused approach to ensure smooth logistics and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage complete branch operations including packing, moving, logistics, and delivery

· Supervise office staff, drivers, and field teams

· Ensure customer satisfaction and handle service-related concerns effectively

· Achieve branch revenue targets and control operational costs

· Coordinate with the head office for daily reports and performance updates

· Maintain proper documentation, billing, and operational records

· Generate local business leads and support branch-level marketing activities

Qualification & Experience

· Qualification: Any Degree

· Age: Above 30 years

· Experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience

· Preferred: Prior experience in logistics, transport, or packers & movers industry

Skills & Languages Required

· Strong leadership and organizational skills

· Excellent communication and coordination abilities

· Languages known:

o English

o Malayalam

o Tamil

o Hindi

Salary & Benefits

· Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
