Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the branch’s sales team to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and support
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for new business
Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
Prepare sales reports and provide insights to senior management
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Coordinate with marketing, service, and finance teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile or retail industry
Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to analyze data and market trends
Goal-oriented and customer-focused

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
