BRANCH MANAGER

As a Marketing/Business Development professional, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Identifying competitor schools and collecting relevant data - Identifying societies and gathering information on the number of flats - Conducting bulk data collection - Identifying vendors for various marketing activities such as hoardings, paper insertions, mobile van, print & electronic media ads - Planning, preparing, and implementing marketing budgets - Recruiting marketing staff - Working on society branding - Following up on digital leads - Monitoring daily reports of the marketing team - Engaging in various marketing activities such as educational fairs, local market marketing, hotels, supermarkets, clubs, amusement parks, cycle branding, look walkers, carnivals, hospitals, post-offices, door-to-door visits, etc. - Organizing seminars in important locations - Ensuring the branch reaches its full capacity - Verifying daily attendance registers - Handling CBSE board affiliation work - Overseeing fee collection - Maintaining the asset register - Arranging transportation for students - Liaising with local authorities such as the Police, Education Department, Municipal Corporation, Media, etc. - Reporting day-to-day activities to Zonal/Regional/CO heads - Managing materials and uniforms - Collaborating with ICAI (Chamber of Commerce), Bar councils - Identifying potential staff and recruiting from competitors Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred Experience: - 3 years of experience in direct sales required - 3 years of experience in direct marketing preferred Location: - Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh Additional Details: - Job Types: Full-time, Permanent - Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement - Willingness to travel: 25% preferred - Work Location: In person,
