Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff members to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a leadership role within the BFSI sector.
Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience in managing teams and driving business results through effective leadership.
