Job Description

We have an urgent opening for the position of Branch Manager in Agency Channel for leading Life Insurance company.

Role & responsibilities

Handle a team of ADMs.
Recruiting the team of ADMs and building the FC and Agency managers
Responsible for the productivity of ADM, handhold the ADM in the early stages
Responsible for the confirmation norms of the team. Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned) Relationship Management o Manage the relationship with the team, customers(internal & external)
Ensure that team is engaged around business objectives & results. o Develop & implement initiatives to motivate & retain high performing talent. Adherence to regulatory and compliance norms. o Ensure adherence of code of conduct set by IRDA and Life Insurance Council
Ensure conformation to all financial and administrative systems.

Preferred candidate profile

Min. 6 Years of experience in Life Insurance is Mandatory
Team Handling experience Required
Agency Channel experience must
