Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Jamnagar. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Additional duties include developing business strategies, liaising with customers, and ensuring the efficiency of branch operations.

Qualifications

  • Leadership, team management, and staff development skills
  • Experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
  • Strong understanding of health insurance products and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
