About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Center Manager to lead our healthcare branch. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient daily operations, drive business growth, and deliver superior customer service while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch/clinic operations across all departments.
• Ensure smooth functioning of customer service, sales, safety & security.
• Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue.
• Build a service-oriented culture that enhances patient satisfaction.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive overall branch success.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 to 5 years of experience in Healthcare / Sales / Marketing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Experience in hospital/clinic management (preferred).
• Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and solve problems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Healthcare / Management background is a plus).
• Passionate about healthcare services and committed to patient care.
