Role & responsibilities Branch Operations Management Oversee day-to-day activities including chit auctions, collections, and customer service. Ensure smooth execution of administrative tasks and operational workflows. Monitor branch performance against set targets and KPIs. 2. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight Maintain strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and chit fund regulations . Ensure proper documentation and reporting to regulatory authorities. Prevent fraud and safeguard customer trust through transparent operations. 3. Financial Management Manage branch finances including budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting . Monitor cash flow, deposits, and payouts to ensure financial stability. Support audits and internal checks for accuracy and compliance. 4. Business Development & Growth Drive new customer acquisition and retention strategies. Promote chit fund schemes to potential clients through marketing and outreach. Achieve sales and subscription targets set by regional or corporate offices. 5. Team Leadership & Staff Management Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff. Set performance targets and conduct regular reviews. Motivate employees to deliver high-quality service and meet business goals. 6. Customer Relationship Management Build strong relationships with customers to enhance trust and loyalty. Address grievances promptly and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide guidance to customers on chit fund products and benefits.
