Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Branch Manager with experience in the healthcare industry to manage overall branch operations, drive sales, oversee inventory, and lead the team effectively. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesBranch Operations & Team Leadership

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the branch team to achieve targets.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies.

Sales & Business Development

• Drive branch sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Visit existing and potential clients regularly to strengthen relationships and generate business.
• Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare market.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring timely stock replenishment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for stock availability.
• Prevent stock discrepancies through regular inventory checks.

Customer Relationship Management

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare sales reports, stock reports, and performance updates.
• Maintain accurate records of branch operations and client interactions.

Skills & Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in branch management or sales roles in the healthcare industry.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Ability to travel for client visits and business development.
• Good knowledge of sales processes, inventory management, and branch operations.
• Professional, confident, and target-driven.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Experience handling sales and branch operations in healthcare distribution or diagnostics is an added advantage.
