Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Kilpauk, Chennai

Experience : Minimum 10–15 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, or branch
management.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field

Compensation: As per market standard

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through effective strategies and team

performance.

• Lead, train, and motivate the branch sales team to meet business objectives.
• Develop and implement commercial plans aligned with company goals.
• Monitor branch performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior

management.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and statutory

guidelines.

• Identify new business opportunities to expand market presence.

Required Skills:

• Age between 40 to 45 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (MBA

preferred).

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, or branch

management.

• Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multifunctional teams and handle complex branch operations.
• Experience in strategic planning, sales management, and large team handling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.33 - ₹1,700,000.56 per year
