The Mentors Circle is looking for a highly driven, trustworthy, and execution-focused Branch Launch Manager for Kolkata.

This is a leadership role for someone who can independently set up our Kolkata operations, establish the physical office, build the local team, and drive business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1 – Office Setup & Launch (First 30–60 Days)

• Identify, shortlist, and finalize office space in prime student-accessible areas
• Manage negotiations, rent finalization, vendor coordination, and setup execution
• Oversee office interiors, branding, signage, IT, and infrastructure readiness
• Ensure legal documentation and compliance processes are completed correctly

Phase 2 – Operations Establishment

• Recruit, onboard, and mentor counselling and support staff
• Build robust student counselling operations and workflows
• Establish partnerships with schools, colleges, training institutes, and coaching centers
• Drive local marketing activities, seminars, and engagement initiatives

Phase 3 – Growth & Performance Leadership

• Build strong student acquisition channels and ensure quality counselling delivery
• Develop and manage monthly business targets and performance metrics
• Represent The Mentors Circle professionally in Kolkata’s education ecosystem
• Ensure brand integrity, service excellence, and compliance across operations

Who Should Apply?

Experience Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Overseas Education / Training / Education Consulting / EdTech / Student Services industry
• Prior experience in branch setup, centre launch, or regional operations management is highly desirable
• Strong network in Kolkata’s education ecosystem preferred
