As a Branch Incharge, your role will involve leading transport operations, ensuring service excellence, and driving overall branch performance. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, team management, customer service, compliance, and cost efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing day-to-day transport operations such as vehicle scheduling, dispatch, and delivery. - Ensuring adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and statutory compliance. - Managing branch administration, documentation, billing, and operational reports. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. - Supervising and guiding branch staff to ensure productivity and service quality. - Supporting business growth through operational excellence and customer satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. - 3-7 years of experience in transport/logistics operations, with supervisory experience required. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.,
