As the Operations Manager for the East Zone, your role involves overseeing the operational aspects of multiple depots. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading and managing operations across all depots within the East Zone to ensure smooth functioning. - Ensuring 100% stock accuracy and timely inward/outward processes at all depots. - Overseeing last-mile delivery, reverse logistics, and documentation compliance within the specified turnaround time. In terms of compliance and audit, you will be responsible for ensuring that all statutory compliances are met as per company and regulatory norms. You will also lead internal and external audits related to Quality Management System (QMS) and Safety, Health & Environment (SHE). Your role will also include implementing, monitoring, and improving Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS) processes. Additionally, you will be required to lead, train, and evaluate depot staff as per training calendars and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to foster a performance-oriented culture. You will be expected to review Management Information System (MIS) reports and dashboards regularly, identify anomalies, and take corrective actions proactively. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities for the East Zone and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.
