Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Head at different locations in Kerala. The Branch Head will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, developing and implementing strategies to meet branch targets, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and fostering good relationships with customers. The role also involves overseeing deposit mobilization, loan disbursement, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in banking operations, including deposit mobilization and loan disbursement
• Knowledge of banking compliance and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in digital banking tools and services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer relationship management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience working in rural and semi-urban banking is preferred
