Branch Head

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage branch operations in compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Drive retail liabilities business, including CASA, term deposits, and cross-selling of banking products.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty and branch growth.

Achieve branch profitability and revenue targets through effective business development and cost management.

Guide, mentor, and motivate the branch team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.

Ensure proper audit and compliance standards are met at all times.

Identify local market opportunities and plan strategies to capitalize on them.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate/Postgraduate with minimum 510 years of experience in retail liabilities sales and branch management and preferred local candidates.

Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent knowledge of banking products, regulatory compliance, and local market dynamics.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and profitability targets.

Customer-centric approach with a commitment to high service standards.
