Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the branch team to achieve enrollment targets and consistently deliver high-quality counseling services.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote study abroad programs and increase market penetration in the assigned region.
• Oversee the complete branch operations, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, processes, and guidelines.
• Provide expert guidance to students and parents regarding destination options, application processes, and documentation requirements.
• Drive business development initiatives, fostering partnerships with educational institutions, agencies, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor branch performance through KPIs and analytics, recalibrating strategies to meet growth and revenue goals where necessary.
• Ensure delivery of personalized, ethical, and accurate counseling to maintain client satisfaction and build long-term trust in the brand.
• Contribute to the development of marketing initiatives, events, and outreach activities to enhance brand visibility and student engagement.
