Job Description

Job Title:

Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the Kolkata branch including deployment, client servicing, and team management
Handle recruitment, training, and supervision of security personnel
Maintain high service standards and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Monitor and control branch budget, expenses, and profitability
Generate new business opportunities and contribute to business growth
Ensure timely billing and payment collections from clients
Coordinate with HO and other branches for smooth operational flow

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (candidates with security industry background)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the security industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Sound knowledge of statutory compliances related to manpower services
Ability to handle pressure and meet performance targets
Proficient in MS Office and report preparation
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata
