Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage branch operations, including sales, service, and technical support. Oversee daily activities such as inventory management, stock control, and logistics coordination. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through effective marketing and customer relationship building. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Foster a culture of excellence by setting high standards for team performance and individual accountability. Desired Candidate Profile 7-12 years of experience in electrical products industry with expertise in switchgear panels control panel MCCB lighting fan MCB wire LED lighting electrical sales electrical products. Strong understanding of electrical equipment including motors transformers generators AC/DC drives pumps HVAC systems solar inverters UPS batteries etc. . Proven track record of achieving targets meeting goals exceeding expectations in previous roles.
