Oversee daily operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch,ensuring that the sales pipeline is effectively managed, orders are processed,and customers receive consistent support. Performance review: Monitor and evaluate the performance of your sales managers, focusingon their ability to retain and grow existing accounts. Client satisfaction focus: Work to ensure that customer expectations areconsistently exceeded. This involves direct communication with clients andcoordination with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Monthly reporting: Provide detailed reports on sales performance, customer retentionstrategies, and market insights to inform branch performance and strategyadjustments. Key Responsibilities: Sales strategy development: Create and execute sales strategies designed to retain and expand relationships with existing clients. Identify growth opportunities: Conduct market research to uncoveropportunities within current accounts and identify client needs that can leadto upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Lead and motivate the team: Lead the regional sales team, ensuring that theyunderstand the importance of clientsatisfaction , relationshipmanagement , and revenue growth from existing customers. Client support: Ensure that key accounts receive continuous support, and maintainregular check-ins to identify new needs, provide updates, and resolve issues. Performance analysis: Regularly analyze sales performance metrics, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) , andimplement Corrective and PreventiveActions (CAPA) to drive consistent performance. Strategic account management: Develop and execute account plans for keyclients, ensuring their goals are met and their businesses are supportedthrough tailored solutions. Team training: Provide continuous training on relationship management, customersatisfaction, and retention strategies to ensure that your team can nurturestrong client partnerships. Revenue growth: Work with the team to implement strategies that encourage upselling,cross-selling, and deeper engagement with key accounts. Customer feedback loop: Actively seek client feedback to refine the sales strategy, adjustofferings, and improve services.
