Branch Credit Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Credit Assessment and Underwriting

  : Evaluate the creditworthiness of borrowers, analyze their financial and credit information, and make data-driven decisions within defined limits.

• Portfolio Management

  : Monitor the credit portfolio to manage risk, track borrower creditworthiness, identify early warning signals, and develop strategies to improve asset quality.

• Compliance & Risk Management

  : Ensure compliance with internal policies, lending guidelines, and all regulatory requirements. Implement and monitor credit risk policies and maintain accurate documentation.

• Customer Relationship Management

  : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, handle inquiries, and collaborate with sales and operations teams.

• Reporting & Analysis

  : Prepare and present comprehensive credit reports and analyses to senior management.

• Team Leadership & Development

  : Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and training on all credit-related matters (if applicable).

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in

  credit assessment and underwriting

• Strong analytical skills for evaluating borrower creditworthiness and financial information.
• Expertise in

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
