Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:
Make outbound calls to a list of leads, prospects, or customers to introduce products/services, or generate leads.
Pitch and promote services, offers, or products based on customer needs.
Identify potential sales opportunities through effective questioning and engagement.
Lead Generation & Sales:
Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and offering suitable products/services.
Meet or exceed sales targets set by the team or management.
Convert leads into sales by persuading customers and overcoming objections.
Customer Engagement:
Build rapport with customers, establishing trust and maintaining professional relationships.
Provide clear and concise product information to customers, addressing any concerns or questions.
Follow up on potential leads and re-engage customers to ensure conversions.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer information, and sales activities in CRM tools.
Track and report on key metrics like call volume, conversion rates, and sales performance.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure all calls adhere to company policies, scripts, and compliance regulations.
Provide regular feedback to management regarding lead quality, customer objections, or process improvements.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales quotas or lead generation targets.
Monitor personal performance and strive for continuous improvement in sales techniques and customer interaction.
