Job Title: Team Coach

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Salary: Up to 45,000 In-Hand per month

Shift: 24/7 (Rotational shifts, including night shifts)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Coach to lead, mentor, and motivate our team to achieve operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills, proven team handling experience, and the ability to work in a high-paced 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team to meet performance targets and KPIs.

Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to team members.

Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company policies.

Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Plan and allocate tasks, manage schedules, and ensure adequate staffing.

Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.

Prepare reports and present performance updates to management.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of work experience, with at least 1 years in a team handling / leadership role.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work flexible hours in a 24/7 shift environment.

Experience in BPO/KPO/Customer Service/Operations will be preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
