Roles & Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the teams. Manage SLAs, daily task allocations to the team, ensure team productivity, manage team performance and TATs for operational excellence. Ensure deliverables are completed on time with high quality. Act as a key liaison between the onsite and offshore teams to ensure alignment and seamless communication. Customer Support & Issue Resolution Drive process improvements and implement best practices to optimize service workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with operational protocols and healthcare regulations. Demonstrate ownership and accountability Conduct regular meetings with Team & resolve concerns, if any. Qualifications: Any bachelor's degree or a Doctorate in BAMS / BHMS / BDS / Pharmcy or similar. 6 to 10 years of overall experience; managing a team of 25+ members in a BPO / healthcare or similar environment. Must have excellent English communication. Immediate joiners and candidates from in and around work location preferred.
