In this role, you will interact with international customers, providing outstanding service and addressing their queries, concerns, or technical issues. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers, addressing queries related to our products and services. Provide high-quality customer support by troubleshooting, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints, inquiries, and feedback. Work to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction. Provide timely solutions to customer issues, escalating as necessary to relevant departments. Deliver information clearly and effectively, ensuring customer understanding. Follow company guidelines and protocols to provide consistent service. Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with customers from different regions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Fresher Candidates: Excellent communication skills in English with a willingness to learn and develop. Experienced Candidates (0-5 years): Prior experience in a voice process, customer service, or BPO role is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to effectively communicate with international customers in a clear, concise, and friendly manner. Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and concerns. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, internet browsing, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset. Flexibility to work in shifts (including weekends and holidays). Preferred Qualifications: Any Graduates or Under graduates can apply ]Experience in an international BPO or customer service role is a plus.
