The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates and be familiar with the fast-paced nature of high-volume hiring environments Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment life cycle for BPO and Non-IT positions. Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage candidate communication throughout the process. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Ensure timely closure of positions with a focus on quality and compliance. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and job requirements. Generate recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring status. Maintain a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding. Preferred: Experience in recruitment/staffing agencies or consulting firms. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 1 to 4 years of proven experience in BPO and Non-IT recruitment . Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques including Boolean search, social media, and job boards (e.g., Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn). Experience in handling volume hiring and walk-ins .
